If you had a dream that you became a multi-millionaire serial entrepreneur who helps countless people, but you wake up and don’t do anything to make that dream become a reality, that dream will remain a dream. The Why Is What We Live For

In the context of losing your motivation or inspiration towards accomplish you goals, you may start questioning yourself. Why do we want to do anything at all? Why do we want to accomplish anything? When we’ve lost our way, why should we work to find our way again? Why ask all of these questions? I’ll tell you why. It’s important to ask yourself “why” when you’ve lost your appetite to be consistent or persistent in your dreams. If your reasoning is deep enough, and very meaningful to you, it should wake you up and get you moving again. Get woke!

Wake up! Know your why.

Thinking of a painful memory, like a rough patch in your life, can help you to get focused again. Thinking of a deep love for someone and the desire to help them can also jump-start your drive. Thinking about something you fear or a possibility that could happen if you don’t act will certainly have the lights on in your head to take action. Our destiny has everything to do with what we do on a daily basis. So knowing your why, will help you to do what you need to do to reach your goals.

You may feel like your situation is hopeless. You may feel like you’re running on a treadmill but getting no results. Stop, take time out, and think about your “why”, remind yourself why you need to do what you need to do. Your “why” is for you and you only. It will be your choice if you want to share with anyone but you need to know what it is. And after you know what it is, it’s time to take action now!

Why You Should Write Goals Down

We all have a million things on our minds at all times. The brain is constantly flooding our minds with images or memories of past, present, and future things. If we have a goal it’s sometimes hard to keep focused on that goal. Read below to understand how writing your goals down, can make a positive influence in your life.

It Sets Pressure On You

If you don’t set your destination, you’ll never get anywhere. We all need our “North Star” to guide is through life. Once you write your goals down, it will stay in your memory for a much longer time. Writing it down puts a pressure on you that will give you a sense of direction. It will give you positive pressure to accomplish your goals.

Daily Reminder

Read it to yourself when you wake up, and before you go to bed. You must remind yourself everyday what your goal is. Do this consistently and trust me, you’ll see results.

It Gives You Focus

Writing down goals will keep you focused on your goals especially if you read it daily. The world is full of distractions (social media, politics, life etc) so we need written reminders to pull us back into focus. Focus on what you have to do, and everything will fall into place.

Write Your Goals Down

Grab a piece of paper and write your goals down. You could pinch it into your phone but we strongly suggest a pen and paper because there’s something about actually working something down that gives it more life and meaning. It’s not the end all be all but it’s a start. Start Now!
